We're looking for a passionate UX / Product Designer (d/f/m), who will join one of our teams working on solving problem of Professional car sellers – Dealers.About the team:You will be part of a cross-functional product team focusing on improving the Ad creation and management process. You will work alongside a PM, engineers and user research with support from data analyst.You will have a chance to work with talented designers and user researchers that will support you on the way.The Dealer UX team is part of a mobile wide UX Chapter consisting of (almost) 40 designers, researchers and 1 content specialist. You will report to a Design Manager. The role will offer you the opportunities to shape the experience of profesional car sellers.Your responsibilities:Together with your PM identify opportunities, form hypothesis and problem spacesTake active part in discovery process to gather evidence and initial direction. The research will be run by a dedicated user researcher however you will have opportunities to ask questionsBased on research prioritise and identify with your PM the biggest opportunitiesExplore the solutions by ideating and testing them with usersPrepare clickable prototypes for scenario based testing using FigmaWork on high-fidelity UI designs that meet our design principles and standards and are compliant with our design systemYour profile:At least 3 years' experience in UX / digital product design focused on delivering great end-end experience to users that you can show case with a portfolio.You are a reliable problem solver focusing on understanding the context with clear goal in mind.You focus on delivering value over perfection and adjusting your approach when needed.You have a good understanding of different quantitative and qualitative methods to get answers your looking for – although you still get the support of user research and data analyst. Previous experience working with Hotjar, Rapid User testing or Google Analytics is a plus.You are a great communicator proving a solid design rationale.Proficient in English. German language (B1+) will be a big plus as it helps you attend live research sessions.Translate user needs into high quality designs (Figma), taking into account UI and interaction design principles, design system elements and brand guidelines. For inspiration you will have access to Baymard Premium.You know how to seek feedback from other roles and are able to provide meaningful and actionable feedback.
