We are looking for a passionate new team member to join us as a Strategic Business Development Manager & Key Account OEM (d/f/m).OEM’s are playing a huge role in Mobile.de’s future as we gain momentum with our ambition to significantly grow in the New Car space and match our leading role we already have in the Used Car market. As always success will be underpinned by having brilliant people who are truly passionate about our ambition to build long-term strategic partnerships with car manufacturers. This role is crucial in progressing our commercial and strategic OEM relationships and working out what solutions we can offer to support each OEM.We want to inspire and motivate the OEMs to work with Mobile.de across all our business areas from New Car integrations to Used Car pricing insights. We have access to a wealth of data and solutions to work with and it is the OEM team’s responsibility to bring this to life.The OEM team works closely with Strategy, Analytics, Sales, Marketing and Product & Tech. The team often brings in other subject matter experts to help support OEMs with their specific queries but always do so to make sure our customers have an experience to be proud of and that our results convince them to partner with us further.Your key responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with different departments of OEMs: Headquarters / NSC, retail, branch and captive entities to achieve medium and long term goals.Develop joint sales initiatives and collaboration formats based on your understanding of the market, competition and technology trends.Share business insights, build business cases to prove added value and negotiate contracts.Take over the account & project lead of assigned OEMs.Test and implement initiatives as part of a cross-functional team with colleagues from Strategy, Product & Tech, Marketing and Analytics.Take responsibility for revenue targets and metrics to measure business successRepresent mobile.de OEM strategyYour skill profile:University Degree (BA, MA, diploma) or relevant professional experience3-5+ years of successful sales or consulting experience in a digital or automotive business environmentUnderstanding of OEM organisational structure and working modelNaturally curious, proactive in approach to data analysisAbility to understand data and translate into data led stories to inspire changeOrganised, with the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skills, both in German and EnglishKnowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools preferredWillingness and ability to travelPossible work locations: Berlin, Frankfurt/Main, Munich, Hamburg
