We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join the Benelux Marketing Team (based in Amsterdam) and Adevinta's global team of digital experts to lead on executing our social acquisition and retention roadmap.You will be part of a great team of talents in an agile and international environment and a work culture that's been genuinely committed to diversity & inclusion.You will be responsible for daily management of digital campaigns across multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, …), including campaign set-up, tracking, troubleshooting and optimization. You are technically sound, and a good data detective. It is expected that the Social Media Marketing Specialist will be the "go-to" expert for topics across our social platforms.The Social Media specialist will run campaigns for our Recommerce, Mobility and SMB verticals. In this role you report into the Global Paid digital team, whilst embedded in the Marktplaats team consisting of Paid Media, Integrated Marketing, Content, CRM & Analytics specialists as well as external strategic Ad Tech partners and various agencies.Responsibilities:Manage and improve Social Media Marketing campaigns: experienced in daily campaign management, including Feedbased Remarketing & Prospecting, Video and App Campaigns.Operational excellence: you are hands-on, with a continued strive to improve performance, embrace automation and technology to streamline processes.Analyse, report, and present results: you understand data and the story it tells, able to report these findings in a clear manner and identify additional opportunitiesScale your expertise: Keep ahead of the industry landscape to identify any potential opportunities. Communicate and share learnings locally and globally with the intent to drive and scale best practices.What we are looking for:Proficient in English language skills, Dutch is a plus3+ years Digital Marketing experience (particularly Social media)Strong expertise with proven track record in operational Social media campaign management (optimization, measurement, structure, audience management, targeting)Expert in Meta ads, covering full funnel from awareness to performance, including experience in managing dynamic product ad campaigns with (XML) product feedsManagement and understanding of tracking pixelsKnowledge of tools including Smartly, Channable, Adjust (or equivalent tools)A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentPositive energy, willingness to develop further, proactive, problem-solving, innovative mindsetAbility to self-manage and prioritize under tight deadlinesLocated in Amsterdam with hybrid work options (2-3 days)
