We are looking for a (Senior) UX Researcher (gn) for our communication and transactional business, where you will collaborate with colleagues from Product, Tech, UX, and Analytics. We believe in working iteratively outside silos. Solutions are best driven by data, research, an understanding of our users, and organizational needs.As part of the UX team, you will work within a team of passionate UX Researchers, reporting to our consumer UX research lead. Providing substantial insights for all our teams is our main purpose. Doing research with high quality and keeping the needs of our partners in mind is our daily business.This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months as a parental leave cover.What you'll do:Build empathy for our customers and users across the organization and identify the perfect balance between user value and business needsDesign, conduct and analyze qualitative research projects (interviews and remote and in-person usability studies for products) and quantitative research, e.g. surveys to evaluate the impact of product changes and capture insights at scaleSummarize and communicate research findings to inform decisions and support product teams on user experience researchWork from the office a couple days per quarter, with a hybrid remote work arrangementWho you are:You have more than 2 years of experience as a UX Researcher in qualitative and quantitative research methods in a inhouse setting in a large organizationIt's easy for you to translate business needs into research questions, and to priorities projects and assign limited resources to create maximum impactYour partner management skills are on top, experiences in working with external agencies are an advantageYou work autonomous in parallel projects paired with hands-on attitude while dealing with a lot of context switchingAs we work in an international organization but with German-speaking users, fluent German and English language skills are required
