We are looking for a Sales Operations & Campaign Manager (d/f/m) to play a key role in our cross-functional team – consisting of Sales, Analytics, Salesforce Consulting and Marketing –  steering and accelerating our User Acquisition & Upsell functions to success.What you’ll do: Sales Platform and Data Infrastructure:Optimize sales infrastructure and boost efficiency in collaboration with Telesales, Analytics and Salesforce Consulting by refining and automating processes, enhancing user interfaces and developing sales campaigns for our Sales Platform/DialerInterpret requirements from various stakeholders and guide the sales platform provider (“OneClick”) to align their products with our needsServe as the main point of contact for our sales platform, manage the dialer solution in case of any errors and ensure effective communication with external support  (“Oneclick”) Enhance the quality, completeness and accessibility of prospect and customer dataCampaign ManagementManage running sales campaigns as technical owner in our Sales PlatformSet up new and improve existing campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Marketing and drive efficiency through automationReporting and Tracking:Drive projects to improve tracking and reporting capabilities in collaboration with Analytics and thereby enable efficiency and revenue growth through data driven insightsSet-up and own reports and dashboards from the dialer to enable Telesales teams to get real-time insights on daily performanceYour Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science or a related field or relevant professional experience At least 3 years in a similar role with a focus on customer data management and sales optimization.Strong understanding of CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce or Hubspot), sales tools and contact center/dialer solutions (i.e. Vocalcom, Genesys, …). Experience with dialer software and/or call center is a plusStrong project management skillsAnalytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-makingStrong communication and collaboration skills to translate results into easily digestible messages and deliver results in multi-stakeholder, corporate environment Business fluent in English and German (C1)
