This includes identifying target audiences, positioning, and messaging.Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and user needs. Translate this data into actionable insights for the product and marketing teams.Messaging & Value Proposition: Develop compelling, benefit-driven product and feature value propositions. Establish processes for naming new features in line with brand guidelines.Data-Based Customer Insights: Utilize data and analytics to gain deep customer insights. Understand customer behavior, preferences, and pain points, and use these insights to tailor marketing strategies and product improvements.Feature Launches: Collaborate with the product development and growth teams to plan and execute impactful launches for new payment and shipping features. Ensure successful product launches through effective marketing campaigns.Promotions: Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to strategize and implement promotions for payment and shipping services.
