Goals for the role:The role of the Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in our sales organization and specializes in the retention and growth of our Key Accounts. Our Key Account Managers focus on the acquisition and onboarding of strategic customers. Main responsibilities:Manage 2dehands dealer portfolio, with a strategic consulting approach, of Key Accounts from establishing new accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction to growing accountsHave a deep understanding of our key customers needs and our 2dehands productsBuild and nurture strong relationships with your customers, acting as their trusted partner throughout their customer life-cycle journey at 2dehandsBuild up a sustainable network up to C-level to achieve medium and long term goals with great insightPrioritize based on customer focus to ensure that no customer is overlooked or underserved and guarantee an equal treatment for each of themLeverage data to effectively drive the successful adoption and retention of your customersIdentify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans for expansion in close collaboration with the Sales  ManagerAct as the voice of the customer and help translate their needs into product requirementsChallenge the status quo and seek opportunities for innovation within the Customer Success processes and structuresObserve the market and its development and identify further promising customer potentialsQualification and requirements:Education:Business degree of similar studiesJob experience:Significant experience in business-to-business or commercial sales with proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goalsRelevant experience and network in the (digital) automotive industry is preferredSound MS Office or G-Suite knowledgeA confident use of CRM systems is an advantageSystematic, structured, careful and analytical way of workingHigh quality awareness and organizational skillsStrong service mentality and self-organizationHolistic understanding of interrelated processes between customers, sales, marketing and business developmentStrong communication skills and high customer orientation (including when dealing with external customers over the telephone)Ability to work in a team, being committed and staying flexibleLanguages: business fluent Dutch and French and good English
