Our local brands are founded on the connections between people, and as an international group we create networks of talented Adevintans who work together towards a common purpose across geographies and disciplines.Responsibilities:Manage a spend of approx. €30-40m & over 2,000 suppliers in multiple indirect categories (Marketing, Product & Technology, Professional Services, Transactions and Corporate Services) Work closely with the Strategic Sourcing Category Managers and Procurement Managers to align strategies, priorities and execute them Work hand in hand with Transversal Sourcing Office Lead on crafting and implementing the strategy for tactical sourcingBuild & lead the tactical sourcing team (composed of 2 external FTEs)Collaborate with Category Managers / Procurement Managers on specific BAU initiatives (RFx, benchmark, supplier base analysis) whenever neededStay updated on trends for different categories and apply best practices Apply global procurement policies and standardsEngage with the relevant Business stakeholders and suppliers whenever neededInteract with other relevant functions (Legal, Finance & Procurement / Supply Management peers)Provide guidance and support to relevant stakeholder about the Procurement process (Procurement ambassador) to ensure successful execution of projects & process complianceReport progress / achievements to line management whenever requiredProfile:Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering+5yr working experience in any business field (Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Marketing…)+5yr category management / sourcing experienceHands-on & proactive; willing to challenge status quo and to work in an ever changing environment as part of the overall corporate transformationContinuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities to leverage existing processes & tools Data Driven Ability to work in fast-paced environment and to deal with ambiguityStrong business acumenGood analytical and communication skillsWillingness to own and to drive end-to-end initiativesTeam player and team leaderProficiency in English (both written and verbal)Proficiency in any other European languages (Spanish, French, German, Dutch or Italian) (beneficial but not mandatory)Knowledge of of Procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4 Hana, Coupa, others (beneficial but not mandatory)Ability to work in a hybrid set-up (to cope with the home office & office working mode)Support on the definition and adjustment of ways of working and operating model between the Strategic Sourcing & the Tactical Sourcing teamsImprove buying journeys and tail end spend coverage to maximize the saving outcome while enforcing complianceOversee critical deals and drive negotiation with suppliers whenever neededManage P2P related topics around tail end spend whenever requiredIdentity key initiatives to maximize profitability and consolidate supplier base (highly fragmented spend with a lot of potential for consolidation)
